Stereoscopic: Cross Eye "Aoi" by lires Stereoscopic: Cross Eye "Aoi" by lires
For those who can't cross their eyes, here's the anaglyph version: [link] Use Red & Cyan glasses.

There we go! :D My first ever Stereoscopic 3D art. Very confusing at first but hopefully i'll get the hang of making it. :) More to come! (I hope ^^;)

This stereoscopic image is viewed in "Crossed Eye" method.

For those new in Stereoscopic 3D, here's a quick tutorial: [link]

Loaded this up in a Oculus Rift image browsing application I'm making. Looks pretty great! Love the little details that jump out. i.imgur.com/eHr1a7g.jpg

I LOVE this artwork! Amazing!!! >_<

Silly people, crossing eyes. Just use a 3DS! (I found this originally reposted on another site where they turned this into a 3DS-compatible 3D image! I wish I could link to it for those that could use that...)

Is there a tutorial on how to make stereoscopic art? XD This is absolutely stunning, by the way.

No but the concept is really simple. Try to overlay the other image on top of the other. Look at the differences. :)

There isn't. I tried to search too, but to no avail. What i did was i took a stereoscopic image, cut the 2nd image, lower the opacity and placed it on top the 1st. I looked on how the distance changes (only) horizontally, then tried doing it on art. :) hope that helps.

Indeed Helps a lot!

I was also thinking about doing a perspective grid, one vanish point, and then move it a little bit on the other image, but also changing where the lines move to... And then try to adjust the image. I think it may work...

*strains eyes for a minute*

Oh gosh. That was way beautiful. I love how it turned out. The falling leaves and drifting "orbs" especially made it very eye-popping. But also the subtleness of the leg was what made it. It was perfect. Good job!
