I really can say that this piece is very lovely and yet vivid at the same time!
I can agree that this actually happens to everyone when a lightning strikes and we get a scare for a second.
The composition on the art and color is really beautiful! I usually don't see this kind of art that often; and it has a little anime style to it; which is fantastic! the atmosphere of the background where the lightning is and the room is just simply perfectly set!
Even the title and the concept of the picture fits the bill!
